Melea – The Health Concept in Sárvár is a unique five-star hotel in Western Hungary that redefines luxury: health, balance, and a stress-free environment. The hotel offers relaxation, lifestyle changes, and inner renewal with a comprehensive service system that's still pioneering around here. Personalized nutrition, individual exercise plans, and mental health care are important foundations of holistic thinking. The restaurant uses local, fresh ingredients, and instead of sodas at the refreshment point, you can enjoy herbal teas and vegetable juices. In the serious wellness and medical section, various specialists offer personalized services.
From the moment guests arrive until their departure, meticulous, personalized care awaits them, carefully prepared in terms of design and hospitality.
The interior design concept is rooted in ancient healing traditions, offering a spatial experience that encourages slowing down and introspection. The design elements that evoke Eastern philosophy—like the outdoor area inviting you to stargaze from the pool, or motifs reminiscent of the enso circle—symbolically guide and capture our gaze throughout the entire space.
In the elevator lobby lights, you'll spot lamps designed by Hungarians and artworks by Hungarian photographers. In the lobby, sculpturally designed stone blocks, carefully positioned in spots, have been selected by us directly from the quarry.
It's becoming increasingly rare for real quality materials to be used in construction instead of their imitations. However, in Melea, you can still feel genuine stone and real wood in many places, staying true to the original design intent.
The wellness hotel is all about you. If you're tired from the hectic pace of life, city noise, or everyday stress and just want to pause, retreat, and recharge a bit, this is your place. From the moment you arrive until you leave, expect carefully prepared, personalized care both in terms of design and hospitality.
The rooms are bigger than your average hotel room because we wanted to make sure they support your relaxation and comfort, knowing guests might spend whole days in their rooms between treatments. Natural materials and multisensorial elements are featured here as well. On the floors, there are a total of 83 rooms, including 4 suites with stunning views of the surroundings.
